Kaawa House is committed to providing premium-quality coffee products and a reliable shopping experience.
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, certain return conditions apply in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer regulations.
Eligible Returns
Customers may request a return for products that:
- are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging;
- were delivered damaged;
- were delivered incorrectly.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- opened coffee products;
- used consumable products;
- products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number;
- clear photos of the issue.
After review, we may offer:
- a replacement product;
- store credit;
- or a refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the item was defective;
- the order was incorrect;
- or the product arrived damaged.
