Return & Refund Policy

Kaawa House is committed to providing premium-quality coffee products and a reliable shopping experience.

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, certain return conditions apply in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer regulations.

Eligible Returns

Customers may request a return for products that:

  • are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging;
  • were delivered damaged;
  • were delivered incorrectly.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened coffee products;
  • used consumable products;
  • products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos of the issue.

After review, we may offer:

  • a replacement product;
  • store credit;
  • or a refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item was defective;
  • the order was incorrect;
  • or the product arrived damaged.
