6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and shipped through contracted delivery providers.

Currently, deliveries are limited to Türkiye.

  • other regions: 2–7 business days.

Delivery periods may vary due to holidays, logistics conditions, weather, or carrier delays.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • the product must remain unused,
  • suitable for resale,
  • and kept in its original packaging.

8. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Under Turkish distance selling regulations, withdrawal rights do not apply to:

  • opened coffee products,
  • hygiene-sensitive goods unsuitable for resale,
  • customized products,
  • perishable goods.

9. RETURN CONDITIONS

Approved refunds will be processed within the legal timeframe using the original payment method.

Returned items must be:

  • complete,
  • undamaged,
  • unused.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumer disputes shall be resolved before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Turkish law.
