2. SUBJECT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically via the Kaawa House website.
3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION
The type, quantity, sale price, payment method, and delivery information are finalized upon order confirmation and displayed to the BUYER during the checkout process.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and informed themselves of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions before placing an order.
4.2 The SELLER undertakes to deliver the products within the specified period, not exceeding the legal maximum of 30 days.
4.3 Delivery is made via contracted courier companies. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
4.4 The BUYER must inspect the product upon delivery. Damaged or opened packages should not be accepted without a formal report (tutanak) filed with the courier.
4.5 If the SELLER cannot supply the specific product for justified reasons, they may provide a substitute of equal quality and price after informing the BUYER.
4.6 If product fulfillment becomes impossible, the SELLER will notify the BUYER and refund all collected fees in accordance with the law.
5. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR COFFEE PRODUCTS
5.1 Kaawa House coffee products are food items produced and packaged based on freshness.
5.2 Right of Withdrawal Exceptions: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for ground coffee, personalized orders, opened packaging, or products unsuitable for return due to hygiene and food safety.
5.3 Natural variations in harvest, bean structure, and roasting profiles may lead to slight differences in taste or appearance. These are not considered product defects.
5.4 To maintain quality, store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. The SELLER is not responsible for quality loss due to improper storage.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 For eligible products, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without providing a reason.
6.2 Notification must be sent via email or official communication channels within this timeframe.
6.3 Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.
6.4 Refunds will be processed within the legally prescribed period following the return of the item.
7. PAYMENT AND DEFAULT
If the BUYER falls into default on transactions made via credit card, the terms and conditions of the respective bank or financial institution shall apply. The SELLER reserves the right to seek compensation for damages caused by chargebacks or malicious use.
8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data shared by the BUYER is processed in accordance with KVKK (Data Protection) legislation. For details, please refer to our Privacy and Cookie Policies.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.
10. EFFECTIVENESS
By completing the order on the website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
